The impact you have when you go on board the Azimut 55 is to be on a bigger boat. Indeed, this model features an impressive hard top above the flybridge that is unique in its category; the size of flybridge exceeds that one of the competitors, with a sun pad positioned next to the helm station, a dinner zone and a large surface in the stern; a nice “cocoon” protects guests lying on the forward sun pad from sun, wind and prying eyes but can disappear immediately at the touch of a button.

The boat features high-level interiors, where extensive use of okumé and metal details is combined with clever stylistic choices. In short, designers Stefano Righini and Achille Salvagni have worked with unparalleled ability in creating a beautiful ambitious yacht. However, not every detail is immediately intelligible and, even if an idea of grandeur is palpable, elements come out little by little like in a slow discovery. The main deck layout develops on two levels, with the galley positioned along the port topside and stretching towards the cockpit with a cabinet and a bar opposite a beautiful curved piece of furniture while the dinette, decorated with a sofa, and the pilot station are located on the upper level.

The lower deck houses three double cabins, with the master suite amidships. In the water, twin Man 800hp engines guarantee safe pleasant navigation. This 17-meter boat can touch a top speed of 31 knots and a cruising speed of 27 knots at about 2,100 rpm.
